How can I pay for my order? We accept payment using all major credit and debit cards alongside Apple Pay. Which credit and debit cards do you accept? We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo and Maestro. When am I charged for my order? All credit and debit cards will be debited at the point of order.

Do you ship to my country? We deliver all over the world – delivery charges apply, and we offer express shipping to many countries. What do I do if the good I ordered haven't arrived? How will I know when my order ships? Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via e-mail. Please be sure to check your junk folder if this email does not arrive to your main inbox. Can I return my order? Yes, you have 30 days to return your order. We only refund postage on returns if the item is faulty, please contact us us first before sending your faulty return.

I'm not at home during the day. How can I get my goods? Most of our packages are letter-box sized so can be popped through your door even when you aren't home. If goods cannot be delivered as there is no-one in, a card will be put through your door, and goods will be held at the local post office. What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit? While every effort is made to protect goods during transit, if goods are damaged when you receive them, then please contact us at [email protected]. What should I do if some of my order is missing?
