There is no rule, whatever you may have been told. We design to your budget rather than to a figure we have decided for you, and we will always be honest about what that budget can do. Tell us where you are comfortable when booking your consultation and we will work within it, never push above it.
Yes. Alongside your bands we make eternity rings and bridal jewellery for the day itself, earrings, a bracelet, or a piece to gift. Bring it up at the consultation and we'll design it to sit with everything else you're wearing.
Both are real diamonds, chemically identical, and the choice is entirely yours. Lab-grown is our focus and what most of our customers choose, for the value and the lower impact. Natural is available on request. We will talk you through both honestly at the consultation, with no agenda either way.
That works too. Some people want the surprise, others would rather choose together so it is exactly right. Both are completely normal. If you are choosing together, the consultation simply becomes a conversation with two of you in the room rather than one.
An hour with one of our specialists, in our showroom on the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, or virtually if you are not local. No obligation, no pressure. Bring questions, bring inspiration images, or bring nothing at all. The conversation starts wherever you are.
Between four and eight weeks for a standard design, and eight to twelve for bespoke. We will give you a firm timeline at the consultation, not an optimistic one. If you are working towards a particular date, tell us early and we can usually build around it. And if something can't be done properly in the time you have, we will say so rather than rush a ring you will wear for the next fifty years.
Yes, and you don't need to arrive with the design already in your head. Most people who go bespoke start with a feeling rather than a drawing, maybe something about the person, or a ring they keep coming back to, and we take it from there. It isn't necessarily more expensive than choosing from our collection either. It simply means the ring is built around them, rather than chosen off a tray.
