We take great care in delivering your fine jewellery safely and securely. All online orders are sent via trusted courier services and require a signature upon arrival.
Each piece of Astella & Co jewellery is presented in our signature box, hand-tied with ribbon, the perfect unboxing moment. For discretion, all external packaging is unbranded, offering peace of mind for surprise gifts and added security.
We currently offer secure UK jewellery delivery, with international shipping options available at checkout.

RETURNS information
We offer a 30-day return or exchange from the date you receive your order.
To arrange a return or exchange, contact Client Services with your order number. We’ll organise a complimentary collection or in-store return. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
All returns are subject to Quality Control before approval. Please note, we cannot accept returns on personalised jewellery, bespoke jewellery, worn or damaged items.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. You can also exchange or return your online jewellery order in selected Astella & Co stores, provided it’s within the same country or region of purchase. Our Brand Ambassadors will support you through the process.
