Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once confirmed and production has commenced.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (card) and bank transfer.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch or before production begins on bespoke items.

We do not accept cash payments exceeding €10,000 (approx. £8,500).

In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies, we reserve the right to cancel or amend orders prior to shipment.

Diamonds and gemstones are sourced exclusively through Nivoda, a verified B2B supplier that adheres to ethical sourcing and anti-money-laundering regulations.

Certificates of authenticity are provided where applicable.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental impact, or normal wear and tear.
