None whatsoever. Our consultations are genuinely without obligation. Many people come in more than once before they are ready, and we welcome that. Getting it right matters more to us than getting it quickly.

Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds, graded to the same international standards with the same brilliance and hardness. The difference is origin. In practice, lab grown diamonds allow us to create a significantly more impressive ring within the same budget. We love them.
Every ring we create is made to order in our Birmingham studio. From the final design sign-off, most rings take around six to eight weeks to complete. We will always be transparent about timelines from the very first conversation.
We offer virtual consultations for anyone who cannot easily visit us in person. A 30-minute call is a brilliant first step, we can talk through your vision, answer every question, and help you decide whether an in-person visit is worth the trip. For most people, it is.
