The Cancer Necklace traces the constellation of the Crab, its lab-grown diamonds set like light moving over water. Ruled by the moon and led by feeling, Cancer holds the people it loves close and remembers everything that matters to them.
Handcrafted in our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter workshop and set with around 0.20ct of lab-grown diamonds, it carries the tender, protective heart of a water sign. Made to be given with meaning, and kept for a long time after.

Each necklace is available in sterling silver, 18kt yellow gold, or 18kt rose gold, all finished by hand in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
Every piece is made to order and typically ready within 4 to 6 weeks. It's then delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured and tracked from our studio to your door.
Yes. Each piece arrives in an Astella gift box, ready to give. If you'd like the delivery to stay a surprise, the outer packaging is plain and unmarked with no Astella branding on the outside.
Every piece is covered for the lifetime of our craftsmanship. If something isn't right, we'll put it right, and you're welcome to bring your piece in for a professional clean and polish whenever you'd like.
